WHAT & WHY

Cracked Rendition is the fanlisting collective of me (Andrea, hopeless designer junkie.) I enjoy designing websites and fanlistings (probably a little too much but there's no harm in that!) The title of my collective comes from the excerpt of a poem entitled "Birds", performed in one of my favorite indie flicks, Blue Car (2002). An excellent film starring David Strathairn (he's a favorite around here.)

This website began in August 2005 at Freewebs.com and, starting in August 2007, became happily hosted with Just-Like-Magic.org. A big thank you to Carolynne for inviting me to be hosted!

Current layout is from one of my favorite photo shoots (Vanity Fair) of David Strathairn, an amazing and brilliant and underrated character actor.
